Privacy Policy
I use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors interact with my portfolio, which projects get the most views, how people navigate the site, and how the site performs. This helps me improve my work and presentation.
What's Collected
The analytics services may process information including:
- Pages visited, referral source, and interaction timing
- Approximate location
- Device, operating system, and browser information
- Page-load and performance measurements
Google Analytics uses a first-party cookie containing a pseudonymous identifier to distinguish users and sessions. Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics product as a privacy-first performance service that does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
I don't ask either analytics service to collect names or email addresses. Google and Cloudflare process the analytics information needed to provide their respective services.
What I Don't Do
- I don't sell analytics data
- I don't run ads or use data for advertising
- I don't track you across other websites
Adobe Fonts
This site loads its web fonts from Adobe Fonts. A visitor's browser contacts Adobe to retrieve the font stylesheet and files. Adobe says its web-font service may receive font-delivery and website information, including the hostname and IP address needed to deliver the fonts, does not store that IP address, and does not set or use cookies to serve the fonts.
Cookies and Choices
Google Analytics uses a first-party cookie. The Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on prevents Google Analytics from receiving your site activity, but it does not disable Cloudflare Web Analytics or Adobe Fonts. Browser privacy tools and content blockers may also block analytics scripts or cookies. This site does not currently change analytics behavior in response to the browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
